Here is a picture of the OEM next to the Remus front muffler that fits to One, Cooper and Cooper S both F56 and F55 and needs this E8-distance tube. This also applies to the front muffler deleter tube which seems to be with your Remus V2...

I can't help you directly but I have a Remus exhaust system on my F56 Cooper. It uses the same front muffler (or straight pipe for deleting that) than the S or JCW model (for installing it on a Cooper you need a "A8" spacer to fit it on the smaller diameter at the downpipe/cat).
For installing this exhaust (should be the same pipes for all versions) on a F55 you always need a spacer "E8 distance tube" to balance the longer length of the car and the exhaust piping. Most probably this will be the case as well for the system you have in front of you now: F56 + E8-spacer = F55. Means that it should fit on your F56 without the spacer.But why don't you give a call to the Remus technical hotline (Tel: +43 3142 6900 - 0)? They have super nice people and you may just ask your question and get an useful answer that way.

BTW: don't compare the dimensions with the OEM system as the whole size, the length of tubes as well as the position of the joints and mufflers is totally different!

wenn bei den Zubehörfelgen nicht erwähnt ist, daß die Abnahme entfallen kann, dann ist es trotz identischer Abmessungen leider so. So steht es ja auch in der Auflage 51G.
Hier im Anhang nochmals die Übersicht die mir Mini Deutschland zugeschickt hat und die zeigt, was im COC steht. Da geht die Kombi mit Winterreifen eh nur für den JCW.

Blätter mal ein bißchen zurück bis zu meinem letzten Beitrag (18) zu dem Thema! @Krabat hatte ja auch solche Probleme.
Wende Dich an DTE. Bau die Box aus (reicht den Blindstopfen auf den Kabelbaum zu setzen, dann sollten die Fehler schon wieder behoben sein) und sende sie mit den Screenshots der Fehler nach Aufforderung zu.
Ich hatte ja Anfang 2019 auch solche Ausfälle und seither läuft alles ohne Probleme.

Mit Carly und Bimmercode kannste für jeden Sitz die Temperatur der 3 Heizstufen individuell (und für Sitz und Lehne getrennt) anpassen.
2-3 Grad mehr oder weniger bringen da spürbare Unterschiede.
ich hab‘s so bei mir gemacht und find‘s seither optimal für meine Bedürfnisse.

P.S. Auch finde es besser, je tiefer er liegt und habe da mit KW und auch AirRide schon ganz tolle Sachen gesehen. Und manchmal wünsche ich mir schon noch ein paar mm mehr wenn ich ganz genau ins Radhaus schaue
Aber die 30mm von Eibach sind absolut alltagstäglich und mit der AC-Schnitzer-Frontlippe dann für Parkhaus etc. schon fast das Limit (da gibt es schon mal leichte Schleifgeräusche im Parkhaus zu vernehmen).
Unlängst hat es mal wieder so grade gepasst
