Das war aber früher als ich noch BMW-Fahrer war auch nicht sehr viel besser.

Für insofern ich weiss wird die Mini Connected HotLine (heutzutage) betrieben von der "Sellbytel Webhelp Group". Anrufe kommen auch nicht (mehr) aus München aber aus "Bremen" (also: Ortsvorwahl 0421).

Heute mittag habe ich ein Anruf von Mini Connected bekommen. Die haben mich gefragt WO es auf irgendeiner Mini Website steht das es eine Download-möglichkeit gibt für (Europa) Karten um die per USB im Auto zu installieren WEIL Mini der Meinung ist das Mini sowas nicht geschrieben hat weil es eine solche Möglichkeit (noch) nicht gibt. In dem Gespräch ist mir deutlich geworden das Mini Connected Merkwürdigerweise KEIN Zugriff auf die Mini Connected Store hat, deshalb habe ich mich einloggen müssen und denen dieser Screenshot geschickt:

Ich habe auch schon mehrere Anfragen gemacht. Über meinen Händler, die Mini-Connected Mailadresse, den Google Playstore und im Testbirds Testbericht. Aber da kam bis jetzt nie eine Antwort.
