Yes my rears make the same noise!! It's like a rattling / squeaking noise.
I only hear it at low speeds, which is odd! I'm glad I'm not alone with the noise!
Yes i'm happy too that i'm not the only one but strange from a brand like Kw 
Maybe something wrong 
maybe we must write a mail to kw from all of us who have KW V1 
No rubbing (that I can hear) on the rear, but I want to raise the rear slightly anyway as its sitting lower at the back than the front!

Personally i heard a noice (not about the rubbing) but about my rear coilovers (Kw V1 like yours) it seems i heard a little "clok clok" in the bumps on the road

Then you said no rubbing for the rear :o maybe i need to put more degrees of camber 
With my 205/45-17 oem 7x17 et54 :
Front +12mm spacers it's ok
Rear +15mm spacers it rub a little
I keep those for the winter, in march i Will choose 205/40-18 with a New wheels my TD Imola are too large in ET35 8x18.

but sorry to tell you 8X18" ET45 is too large with big lowering ...
like i said with Derfuchs on his topics (read it if you want)
Maybe it will be ok if your lowering is "light"

How low have you gone? In terms of 'mm'?
How many threads are left on the KW's, or have you gone as low as they allow?
For the front : Still 15mm (threads)
For the rear : Still 10mm (threads)
